Obituary of JEROME WILLIAMS

JEROME CURTIS WILLIAMS It is with profound sadness and deepest sorrow we announce the sudden death of our beloved son and brother, Jerome Curtis Williams. Jerome passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 13, 2012 in Lattes, France. Jerome was born at 1205h, on 5th November 1979 at St. Boniface Hospital, Winnipeg, Manitoba, son of Malcolm and Ellen Williams (Morgan). Jerome attended the French Emersion school program at Neil Campbell, HC Avery and Garden City Collegiate. He also attended Maples Collegiate where he graduated Grade 12. He attended the University of Manitoba and graduated with a Bachelor of Education in 2002, post-graduate studies at the University of Concordia, Montreal. He obtained teaching certificates in Manitoba and Quebec. He enjoyed teaching. He taught temporarily in various schools in Winnipeg. He taught English in South Korea for the SDA Language Institute and French and English at the adult institute, Mc Gill University. Jerome was currently studying for a master's degree in Graphic Design at the university of Montpellier in France. Jerome enjoyed traveling, singing, basketball, drawing and spending time with families and friends. Jerome has left to mourn, his father, mother, sister, Ruth (Scott), paternal grandmother Irene Pigott, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in Canada, Antigua, Jamaica, England and USA. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. on Thursday Oct. 4 at 7pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 5th at 10:30 with viewing prior at 10:00 a.m. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1314 Henderson Hwy. officiated by Pastor Petar Djakov. Interment at Brookside Cemetery.
