Jeannette often paid visits to my Mom and Dad (Nestor St. Vincent) while they lived on the farm. While I personally did not know her well, my recollection of her was her sense of humor and her love for teaching, a subject she loved to talk about with my mother (also a school teacher). Her generous and kind spirit has served her well. May she now rest in peace.
