My condolences to the family. Mom (Genowefa Mordarski) and Walter were square dance partners for many years and they had a lot of fun together. After the Russians released him in Siberia, he served in the Polish army in Exile in numerous battles in the Mid-East and at Monte Cassino. In addition, he also served as a standard-bearer at many funerals of Polish Legion Combatant members. He was a good man.
