Stjepan (Steve) Kovac

December 25, 1940 Kunovec, Croatia - March 16, 2019 Winnipeg, Manitoba

Survived by wife Anka, daughter Janet (Mladen), and son Michael (Luja) and grandkids Marko, Luka, Ivana, Josip and Nina. 

Prayers will be said at St. Nicholas Tavelich (Croatian Church) 2688 Main Street on Thursday March 21, 2019 at 7:30 pm. 

Mass of Christian Burial at St. Nicholas Tavelich will be officiated by Father Marko Stefanec at 11:00 am Friday March 22, 2019. Interment immediately following at Glen Eden Cemetery in West St. Paul. 

The family would like to thank Dr. Bruce Martin and Linda Vandenakker R.N. from the WRHA Palliative Care team for their very quick action and support we all received.

Donations may graciously be made in Stjepan’s memory to St. Nicholas Tavelich.
