STANISLAWA ANNA WOJDANOWSKA

May 11, 1921 – May 29, 2019
Peacefully on Wednesday May 29, 2019, Stanislawa passed away at the age of 98.
She was predeceased by her husband Jan; parents Michal & Anna Hajdun; sisters Zofia Dobrowolski and Katarzyna Pach; daughter Maria Koziura; son Antoni Wojdanowski; grandson Andrew Nocun and cousin Paul Kudelski.
Stanislawa will be greatly missed by her daughters & sons in law Teresa & Constantin (Gus) Foulidis, Wanda & Zdzislaw Nocun; grandchildren and great grandchildren Marguerite, Kelvin, Jordan & Matthew Page, Renata, Russell, Joel, Owen & Reed DeBlois, Anita Koziura & family, Richard Koziura; niece Krystyna Bray with family Arlene, Elvis, Memphis & Mason Pavcek, Patricia, Sam, Ashton & Madeline Negrych, Christopher Bray; Barbara Koziura and many more family and friends.
Stanislawa was born May 11, 1921 in Rodatycze, Poland. She immigrated to Canada in 1966 and lived in Fisher Branch, then moved to Winnipeg in 1979. Throughout the years in Poland & Canada she worked in the hospital, steel factory, farms and hospitality. Stanislawa was a very devoted family person. She was a tremendous cook and gardener with a love for nature. She also liked to quilt and sew. Her greatest joy was always to be around family and friends, to share many stories and sing beautiful songs. You will always be remembered and lovingly missed. You had a heart of gold and were always good to us.
The family wishes to thank the family doctor Dominic Tsang, the Palliative Care Team & Staff of Concordia Place for all the special care provided.
Prayers will be held Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, June 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave with an Oblate Father officiating. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
You were always there when we needed you, no task too great or small, with a loving heart and a willing hand. For us you did it all. Thank you for all the special times we shared.
