John Anthony Buchan

John’s journey in life ended peacefully on June 7, 2019 at Maples Personal Care Home. John was 80 years old. John was predeceased by his parents and Brother Brian. John was born and lived all his life in Winnipeg.

John will be remembered by his son Gerald, Daughters Francene (Kelly), Noelle (Ken), and his ex-wife Carol.

John and his brother Brian co-founded Softy’s Speed Shop. John was coordinator of many of the custom car shows at the old Winnipeg Arena. John then went on to be a realtor before he retired.

John loved music, golf, boating and camping with his children.
