Obituary of STANISLAWA MIKIJANIEC
Stanislawa Mikijaniec
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our much loved mother and wife. Left to mourn is her cherished daughter Lily, her loving husband Waclaw as well her brother Michal and his family in Poland.
Stasia was a force of nature. At a young age she was abducted from her family in Sutno Poland and worked as forced labour during World War II in Germany and Denmark. During that time she endured unimaginable hardship yet grew resilient and strong.
Throughout her life she was devoted and compassionate. She gave love and received it. She enjoyed life and shared it.
She will live on in the hearts and minds of her family and friends.
A private funeral has been celebrated. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
Thank you to the staff at Donwood Manor for your attentiveness and service to Stasia in her final years.
Wieczny odpoczynek racz jej dac Panie
