We the family of Olga Szarkiewicz are deeply saddened to announce her sudden passing at the Grace General Hospital on October 24, 2012.

Our sincere appreciation to the Seven Oaks Hospital (ER) and the Grace Hospital staff for the compassion and care you showed her.
