I can't believe I am writing this.
There are no words that can express the sense of loss that I feel right now, or what I will feel for the rest of my life. Grandma IS everything a Grandma should be. A consoler for when you need someone to hold you; a confidant for when you are afraid to tell Grandpa you plugged the toilet. A friend for breakfast at Perkins and a card shark who did not feel bad about beating children. A snack stealer even when it was a snack you have been craving all day and a back scratcher for when you need the "deep scratches". She knows what to say to you when you are feeling upset, and when she kisses you; all you feel is love. She has the biggest heart of the family and she holds us all together.
Heaven may have gained an angel, but we lost one too.
Grandma: you mean the world to me and I am so sorry that I was not better. I love you so much, with all my heart and I want you to know that all of my memories of you are the best of my life.
I love you, I miss you, and 'Until We Meet Again'.

To our beloved Grandmother and Great Grandmother, we will miss you more than you will ever know. Our hearts are broken and filled with sadness that you are gone, but we are also relieved to know that you are no longer hurting and that you are with our mom and grandmom Susan. We are sad we cannot be there today to say goodbye but we hold in our hearts all the love and kindness that you showed us and we remember you with all the kisses and hugs you showered us with over so many years. We love you. We will miss you.
To Grandpa and Great Grandpa, we are so sorry for you loss and send all of our love you and to Aunty Sharon, Uncle Chris and Uncle Randy. We send warm thoughts and a message of strength and reassurance that the pain will pass and be replaced with the memories of grandma and her love for her family.
Thinking of you in this very tough time,
Andrew, Michelle, Amelia, Katie and Sarah
