Our deepest condolences to the family,
We have known Bennett for numerous years, he had a special place in our hearts. He had a great smile and would always make us laugh no matter the circumstances. At any time we did not hesitate to call Bennett for his expertise and his calming voice would always solve the problem.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Nicole and Raymond de Rocquigny

Members of Umunna(Igbo) Cultural Association of Manitoba Inc. were rudely shocked by the sudden departure Bennett Nwabueze Oramasionwu, to be with the Lord on Friday, May 22, 2020. Ben as he was popularly called was one of the founding members and a member of the Board of Directors of Umunna(Igbo) Cultural Association of Manitoba Inc. He had continued to work tirelessly for the growth of the organization even when failing health did not provide him with all the opportunities. Ben loved Igbo community and was always handy to offer his advice and actively mediated during times of disagreement amongst the members. Ben lived and preached unity among members of Igbo community, reminiscing often about the love that prevailed among members at the inception of the association when members moved from house to house for their meetings. Umunna(Igbo) will greatly miss his gentle but persuasive voice in the meeting. Umunna(Igbo) wishes Ben farewell and pray that God will give his spouse and the entire family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

I met Bennett, 25 years ago when he helped me with my pool. I have not seen him in over 22 years he was a kind man that left an impression. He always spoke about his family with deep love and admiration, God speed Bennett May you Rest In Peace. My sincere condolences to the family.

I worked with Bennett in the inaugural years of Fun Mountain many years ago when he was contracted to help with the aquatic systems. He was very kind and taught me so much with patience and grace. I ran into him many years later and he remembered our time together and we had a good laugh. My sympathy to all the family.
