Obituary of REANNE LYNN JOREK
REANNE LYNN JOREK (NEE MOLTENI)
May 15, 1979 - June 6, 2020
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved fiancé, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend Reanne Jorek (Molteni) at the age of 41.
Reanne was predeceased by her grandparents Ken Lamont, Jack and Audrey Molteni , and her dearest Uncle Darren Lamont.
She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her fiancé Cory Woodman; her Parents Rod Molteni and Lorraine Molteni; grandmother Marie Harrison; her sister Candyce Amos (John); her brothers Michael Molteni and Dayton Molteni; her beautiful daughters Julia and Madelynn and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Reanne was born in Winnipeg and grew up in the Maples. She graduated from Maples Collegiate and then went on to get degrees in Education and Arts from The University of Winnipeg. After teaching for 5 years Reanne decided to switch careers and join her family’s business at Ayr Motor where she made several long lasting friendships.
Reanne was the most generous, kind and loving person we all had the privilege to have in our lives. Her smile and laughter lit up every room and she was always the first to be there when you needed someone. Her death will leave a huge void in all of our lives.
The light of her life was her two daughters and her zest for life, generosity, kindness and joyful spirit will live on in them as her close friends and family surround them during this unimaginable time.
Reanne loved spending time with family and friends whether it was singing karaoke around a camp fire with a cold Bud Light in hand, traveling the world, enjoying the outdoors from the comfort of a cabin or long drives at sunset listening to her favorite music.
Cremation will take place as per Reanne’s wishes and a private celebration of life will be held to honor her.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Winnipeg Harvest, a cause that was close to Reanne’s heart.
