Obituary of EDWARD ROY HARGRAVE

EDWARD ROY HARGRAVE December 6, 1950 – July 24, 2020 With deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Ed Hargrave on July 24, 2020 at the age of 69 years. He was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Eleanor and his beloved wife Maria who he spent 30 years with. He is survived by his children, Adam and Melissa and grandchildren, Samantha, Joey, Mila and Beau. He is also survived by his brothers Dwight and Grant and many other family and friends. Ed worked for Winnipeg Transit as a bus driver for 25 years where he made many friendships. He enjoyed Wednesday morning coffee with the boys from work during his retirement. Ed’s happiest moments were with his grandchildren. They were his pride and joy. And he took great pleasure in being around them. Ed will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. His sense of humour touched many and his larger than life personality, and one of a kind laugh will be truly missed. A funeral service will be held Friday, July 31st at 1:00pm at Cropo funeral chapel with interment to follow.
