ROLANDE ANDRÉE SPENCER
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rolande Andrée Spencer (née Dupas) on November 11, 2012 in Surrey B.C. following a 2 year illness. "Rolly" was born in St. Boniface on August 8, 1936. She was an intelligent, stylish lady, a great cook and hostess with a wonderful sense of humour.
Rolande was predeceased by her parents, C. N. Dupas and Dora Dupas (née DéGagné), her sisters Madeleine, Paulette, & Lorraine, and her brothers Gilbert & Roger. Rolande leaves to mourn her brother Joseph (Bertha), sisters Jeannine (Archie), Jacqueline (Jean), Thérèse (Marcel), Claudette (Edmond), Raymonde (Robert), and brother Bernard (Flo). Auntie "Rolly" will also be missed by her numerous nieces and nephews and their families. Deepest thanks to all those who cared for Rolande during her illness.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 11:00 am, St. Eugène Parish Church, 1007 St. Mary’s Rd., Wpg. MB with Father Lanoie officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rolande’s memory to the Canadian Lung Association.
