Obituary of HENRY ALBERT PETERS
Henry Albert Peters
February 19, 1944 to September 2, 2020
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Henry Albert Peters on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at the age of 76 years.
Henry leaves to mourn his loving wife Ida of almost 54 years, his 3 daughters Darlene (Dwayne), Diane and Shannon (Jamie) and 5 grandchildren Braiden (Kailee), Chelsea, Cassandra, Anthony and Madison.
Left to cherish his memory are his sister Erna (Henry) and brothers David and Robert (Margie) as well as other brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Henry was pre-deceased by his mother Olga, father John and his father's second wife Annie.
Henry was born in Winkler, Manitoba and grew up in Rosetown, Manitoba (formerly called Rosenort). In 1966 he married the love of his life Ida and they had 3 daughters. His family was very important to him. He worked very hard to provide and care for his family. He loved his family and enjoyed when people came down to visit.
Henry worked at Bayco Dixon Industries (formerly Bay Bronze Industries) in Winnipeg for 40 years retiring in 2004 at the age of 60.
We would like to thank the staff at RC Walk-in Chiropractic, City of Winnipeg Paramedics and all the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Boniface Hospital's Emergency and Cardiac Intensive Care units. As well as Dr. D.M. Miller for caring for dad over the years.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Parkinson Canada.
You will always hold a special place in our hearts, you will be forever missed but never forgotten.
A private family service was held on September 12, 2020.
