Obituary of JUTTA LUSANSKY
JUTTA LUSANSKY
On the evening of November 20, 2020 Jutta Lusansky was reunited with the love of her life, Bernhard and her daughter Sylvia.
A stay at home mom for the most part, she did work in a book bindery when there were needs. Her skill in operating the various machines put her in high demand. She was very fond of music and would often sing along as she went about her day. Jutta often liked to reminisce on her many nights of dancing in her younger years and the beautiful evening gowns she would wear. She was also an amazing cook and loved to bake many delicious cakes. She enjoyed watching movies, specifically action/Kung Fu and most particularly Chuck Norris. Life took a toll on her later in life as her daughter became ill.
She dedicated a lot of her time to caring for her daughter and her children. Jutta put the needs of others before herself. Her selflessness and kindness will never be forgotten. Jutta cared for many animals throughout her lifetime but her dogs were her favourites. Her husband had built a cottage near Gimli and she could be found outside enjoying the weather and taking her dog for a walk every weekend.
Her last few months in personal care were hard on her, though she remained incredibly strong and brave to the end. She has at least now found her peace.
Jutta’s passing will leave a big hole in a lot of lives. Left to forever cherish Jutta is her son Burkhard (Grace); grandchildren, Diana (Chris), Adelle (Keith), Tabatha, Stephanie; and 10 greatgrandchildren.
The family would like to thank Jutta’s friend Freddy, who was a big help to her in her last years and also the staff and volunteers at River East Personal Care Home for all their hard work and support.
Cremation has taken place and in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Before the Bridge Senior K9 Rescue in Jutta’s memory.
A Memorial Tree was planted for JUTTA
