Father - Son - Brother

The hardest goodbyes are often those we aren't prepared to say. With overwhelming sadness, we announce the tragic passing of our dear father, son, and brother Michael. Left to cherish and honour his memories are his daughter, Emelia-Rose, whom he cherished more than anyone could begin to understand, his mother, Tammy Dahlin, father, Wally Ranville (Donna), and his sister Jennifer (Shawn) who was nearly his whole world. He also leaves behind his Uncle Dwayne, who was special to him, brothers, Dave (Heather), Kevin (Leslie), Billy-Joe (Judy), Paul, Rob (Karen), Gary, Skyler, and sisters Michelle (Garnet), Shannon (Pete), Kristen (Leroy), and Lauren, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. Michael was predeceased by his Grandma Brenda, whom he loved and cherished with all of his heart.

Mikey shone a light that was brighter than any, and although we cannot physically see that light any longer it continues to shine in the hearts of everyone that he loved. He could make the unhappiest of people burst out in laughter just by walking into a room and giving them a great big "hello!". A hug from Mikey could make you feel safe, loved, and could make you feel like you were at home no matter where you were.

"It's about the magic string that connects us all to the people we love. That string cannot be broken no matter where our loved ones are, even the ones who have passed on. So even if your loved one is not here to hold or talk with you, you're still connected"

Our physical time with you is over, so Son, you take those hands that we held for 28 years and place them with the Creator, and he will guide you on your journey until we can all hold your hands again.
