Condoléances à la famille Joubert à la perte de Victor. Condolences to Victor's family. I remember him when he was a councilor with the Village of St. Pierre at the time. He served his village well and with heart. I would occasionally run into him in St. Boniface from time to time.-- Gérald Fontaine
