Mary made several long lasting friendships during her time at Strathcona school and developed close bonds with many of the children throughout the years.
During her free time Mary enjoyed spending time with her family, going on camping trips with the grandkids where she would be looking for that 4 leaf clover, scrabble game nights & lunch dates with her close dear friends & making her famous perogies for her family & friends. They won't taste the same without you mom.
You will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all. Rest in peace mom we love you, until we meet again.....
The family especially thanks Grace Hospital, Health Science Centre Hospital, Riverview Health Centre, Homecare and her homecare caregivers.
There will be no funeral service at Mary's request.

God made a wonderful mother,
a mother that never grows old,
He made her smile of pure sunshine,
He made her heart of pure gold,
God made a wonderful mother,
and he gave that dear mother to me.
