Obituary of ANN BRENNER
ANN BRENNER
28 August 1929 – 29 June 2021
With great sadness we had to say until we meet again Mom.
Predeceased by her parents Nick and Helen Arseniuk, daughter Gail Bright, sisters Dora Pronchuk, Mary Teleglow, brothers John and Tony Arseniuk.
Left to cherish her memory, her children Garry (Arlene), Lyn (Ernie) Jane, Diane, Roy (Janet), Fay, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Brother Harry (Joan) Arseniuk, many nieces and nephews.
Mom was born in Lac du Bonnet, Mb and moved to Winnipeg in 1949. She worked hard to raise her family, operating licensed rooming houses. Some of mom’s favorite things were visits from those who loved her, summertime, food – especially perogies, chicken and sweet treats and her faith as a Seventh Day Adventist.
We were so fortunate that mom’s mind was sharp right up to the very end, allowing her to share with us her thoughts and wishes. Mom had a heart of gold.
The family would like to thank the staff at Donwood PCH for the amazing care provided over the past 4 ½ years, as well as many new friends made – both staff and residents.
We will miss you dearly Mom
