Sorry to hear of Noel’s passing I Met him while working at perky’s restaurant about 1978…doodling on napkins having coffee.. I hung out at his place a few times while he painted my picture.. always adding a few feathers to my hair! And I met his beautiful daughter Isca, too.. fond memories of a gentle man.

Sorry for your loss. Noel was a good man and always treated me with kindness. I lost my mom in April of 2011. No matter how old they become you still miss them when they are gone. John

Isca, Wabun & Naya Our deepest condolences at the loss of your dad, uncle Noel. Even though I didn't see uncle for quite some time, I have great memories of spending time with him and hearing his stories and sharing his laughter. Although we are unable to be in Winnipeg on Saturday, you all will be in our hearts and prayers. Love Peyasu, Patty and family
