JOSE SANTAREM JORGE

October 19, 1935 - December 29, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearly beloved husband, father and grand-father Jose Santarem Jorge.  He died peacefully surrounded by his family, on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at the age of 86.                                                      

Jose was born in Covao do Coelho, Portugal.  He was known as “Santarem”.

Together with his family, he settled in Winnipeg in the early 60’s.      

He was a hard-working family man who always had a deep love for his family and his beloved Portugal. He loved to socialize with his friends and was a warm and friendly man who was always willing to help anyone in need.  He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
