MIA ROSE
November 2, 2016 – March 6, 2022
Mia Rose passed away peacefully with family by her side on March 6, 2022 at home in Winnipeg at the age of 5.
She was predeceased by her grandpa’s John Schultz and Keith Lang, Aunties Brenlee Houston and Brandi Houston. Mia is lovingly remembered by her parents Peter and Brianne, Uncles Greg (Sarah), Timmy (Sarah), Zach (Jamie), Josh (Cheryll), Aunties Kendra and Vannessa, Mia’s foster parents Kathy and Glenn, Grandma Myra, Grandma Linda and Poppa Chris and many cousins.
She leaves behind her brothers Marcus and Lincoln, sisters Zeara, Mylynn and Brenlee. Mia went to Elwick Community school. She liked basketball and loved helping her fellow class mates. She also loved learning new things and liked music, dancing and her drumming. Spiderman was one of her favourite movies.
Funeral service will start at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 14 at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be, Greg Thomas, Carl Day, Zach Thomas, Tim Thomas, Glenn Viril. Honourary Pallbearers, Marcus Houston, and Joe Bone.
