GORDON DOUGLAS CLARK
We are saddened to announce the passing of Gordon Douglas Clark, aged 55, on March 13, 2022 at Deer Lodge Centre, Winnipeg.
From very early on in Gord’s life he had a strong desire to excel which fuelled his passion for becoming an accomplished and well-respected veterinarian and surgeon. He also found joy in other activities like golf, of which he was highly skilled. He was a kind and loving father to four amazing children, a wonderful husband, son, brother, and a great friend and colleague to so many.
Gord will be missed greatly by his wife Kelsey, his four children, Macailyn (John) Stott, Lindsay (Kelvin), Rowan and Madeleine, granddaughter Juliette, mother Mavis, brother Robert (Tara) Clark, brother-in-law Ryan (Shanley) Jarvis, 3 nieces, 1 nephew and parents-in-law Marjorie & Garth Jarvis.
He is predeceased by his father Robert (Bob), brother Andrew, and sister Jo Ann.
A celebration of life to honour Gord will be held on March 23, 2022 at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street in Winnipeg. Service to commence at 11:00 am with a reception to follow. Interment will be in Brandon, Manitoba at Rosewood Memorial Gardens on Thursday, March 24 at 2:00 PM.
The family kindly asks for masks to be worn during the service for the continued safety of all.
