Obituary of GARRY KENNETH ANEECHIN
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Garry, with his sons at his side.
Garry will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Jackie (Boivin) Aneechin; his children Kenneth (Lisa) Aneechin, and Leon (Nichole) Aneechin; his step-children Candyce Boivin, Jacqueline (Quinton) Boivin, and Darcy Boivin; his numerous grandchildren; his siblings Vivian (Robert) Clarkson, Linda (Glen) Chartrand, Lydia Aneechin, and Howard Reynolds; his aunt Flora Aneechin; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Garry was predeceased by his parents Clara (Campbell) Aneechin and Joseph Aneechin; brothers Leonard Bone, Bruce Aneechin, David Bone, and Floyd Aneechin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Garry enjoyed his work with the federal public service for nearly 35 years, ending his career with Indigenous Services Canada. He enjoyed spending his time with numerous friends & family, hunting, having coffee, and sharing laughter. Garry also spent the last four years on the ball diamonds, he enjoyed playing slo-pitch, coaching, and cheering teams on, always with a big smile on his face.
Pallbearers: Kevin Bone, Glenn Jr Chartrand, Bruce Aneechin, Brent Clarkson, Elliott Bone, Aaron Henry, William (JR) Neapew, and his granddaughter, Alicia Spence.
Please join the family at Cropo Funeral Home, 1442 Main St., Winnipeg, MB, on Wednesday December 21, 2022 for wake service from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight and funeral service on Thursday December 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. followed by reception and interment at Brookside Cemetery.
