Obituary of NADIA ANASTASJA KOHUT
NADIA (ANASTASJA) KOHUT
October 9, 1924 – December 20, 2022
It’s with heartfelt sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Nadia Kohut.
She is survived by sons Glen and Richard as well as many friends.
Nadia was predeceased by her loving husband Walter of 66 years.
Nadia was born in the Ukraine moving to Canada at a young age with her parents. Settling in Dauphin, Manitoba. As a young woman she came to Winnipeg. Working as a seamstress before becoming a cashier for 36 years at Red-River Co-operative (Rossmere). She loved cooking and baking, always preparing large meals for her family and friends. When she was able, she enjoyed her garden, crocheting, and making beautiful needlepoint pictures. Nadia was an honest and very interesting person throughout her life. She developed congestive heart failure which finally took her away from us. Your suffering is over Mom.
We are going to miss you dearly. You were always so loving and caring. Forever loved, Glen and Richard.
We pray, may the heavenly father accept her soul into his everlasting grace, and may she get the peace and comfort she deserves. Forever in our hearts.
Condolences and prayers to be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Dmytro Dnistrian, CSsR officiating. Cremation will soon take place.

May She Live In Eternal Memory
