Obituary of CATHERINE SOPHIA WEAVER

Catherine Sara Weaver passed away peacefully on December 15, 2022 at Winnipeg, Manitoba, at the age of 94 years.

She was predeceased by her husband John Weaver; Sons, Eddie and Larry; sisters, Margret, Edith; brothers, Emanuel, Andy and Gus.

Catherine is survived by her daughter, Joan (Jim); grandchildren, Rodney, Kevin (Trista), Lorilea (Andre); great grandchildren, Zachary, Katie, Kalin, Conner and great great grandchild Gwyneth.

She also leaves her sister, Laura; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Catherine was born and raised in Winnipeg where she lived for many years before moving to British Columbia.

She enjoyed the great outdoors, traveling and listening to music, traveling was a passion of hers. Catherine enjoyed family functions, volunteering with many organizations and helping out with other residents at Luther Home.

Family especially thanks Luther Home, St. Boniface Hospital and CancerCare Manitoba.

Cremation has taken place and interment will follow at a later date.
