GUENTER REINHARD BUERGEL

October 16, 1936 – April 18, 2023

Guenter (GB) passed away peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital with his loving wife, Helga by his side.

Guenter is survived by his wife, Helga; daughters, Audra, Nicole (Carmen), Nicolette and Michelle; grandchildren, Daniel, Jake and Ashley (Ryan); great grandchild Michaela.

Guenter was predeceased by his daughter, Denise.

A special thank you to Dr. Lipinski for the excellent care of my husband, Guenter. Thank you also to the wonderful and compassionate staff at St. Boniface Hospital.

Guenter was a kind, giving, thoughtful, family man. You will be missed dearly. Let’s raise a glass of Kokanee in his honour.

As per Guenter’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
