Obituary of EMANUEL MONIZ MEDEIROS
January 7, 1966 – July 29, 2024
It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of our very dearly loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Emanuel (Manny) was predeceased by his father Diniz and his mother Irene.
He is survived by his sister Ana, brother Walter (Margaret), nephew Matthew (Melynda) and niece Kaitlyn and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
Manny was a beacon of light to everyone in his family and everyone who met him because of his contagious smile and joyful disposition.
Manny was born with Cerebral Palsy and had many challenges and limitations because of his disability but he never let that get in the way of being happy and being a positive influence to others. He will be dearly missed.
The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Health Centre (2-West), all the doctors, nurses, and support staff who cared for Emanuel for the last 16 years and all the staff at St. Boniface Hospital who cared for Manny over the years.
Manny has now joined his Mother and Father and God and all the angels and is smiling down on us.
