ALEXANDRE (ALEX) ROULE RICHARD

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear stepfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend Alexandre (Alex) Roule Richard.

He was born July 27, 1947 and on August 20, 2024, Alex left us for the Spirit world.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, stepdaughter Cathy, grandchildren and great grandchildren.; sisters Lillian (Joe), Jennie (Bob); brothers Fred, Marcel (Linda) and Clifford, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Alex was predeceased by his parents Agnes & William, sisters Dorothy, Margaret, Marie, Bernice, Ruth, Kathleen and brothers David and Donald; nephews BJ and Brandon; nieces Christine and Brandi; brothers in law Ben and Greg.

Wake Services will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 6 – 10 p.m. with prayers starting at 7:00 p.m.  The funeral service will be on Wednesday September 11, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Fr. Gerry Ward will be officiating. The burial will be at Notre Dame Cemetery in Oak Point, MB shortly after.

Pallbearers are Aaron Pierre, Curtis Richard, Darrin Richard, Dwayne Richard, Daniel Richard and Joe Murdock. Honorary Pallbearers are all his nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff of Concordia Hospital for their care and compassion.
