Obituary of TADEUSZ JANUSZ ZIARNIK
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Tadeusz (Ted) Janusz Ziarnik, with family by his side on Wednesday, October 16 at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 75.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Eva, children Tom and Margaret (Armando), grandchildren Chase, Isaac and Matteo, his sister in Poland Irmina (Krzysztof) and niece Katarzyna.
Tadeusz was born in Warsaw, Poland where he married his wife and they had their son, in 1986 they moved to Winnipeg and the following year they welcomed their daughter. Ted was a hard-working man that always wanted the best for his family. He loved being a long-haul semi truck driver. He drove for almost 2 decades with pride and joy, getting to explore many places in North America and always told stories about it after he retired. He loved his grandkids so dearly, his favorite past times were taking the boys to the park and playing chess and checkers with them. Spending time with his family and always dropping by with little surprises like donuts and kielbasa on a Saturday morning. He was a great story teller and always made everyone laugh with his jokes and sarcasm. His kind heart and gentle smile will never be forgotten.
The family wants to thank the doctors and nurses and the Health Sciences Centre for the care he received.
Funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 23 at 5:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, Winnipeg.
