I had the privlege to work at Kelekis Restaurant with mainly Chryse and Evelyn at the helm during the evening shift. Chryse ran a tight ship , was a stern boss but always fair and always kind and generous to me and my family. I only knew her in the work environment but she always took in interest in what was going on in my life. As a young woman I hoped that I could be half the lady that she was...elegant, well spoken, thoughtful and kinda funny...she did have a sense of humour at times! Things could get a little hairy during the before and after dinner rush of Rainbow Stage!
My sincerest hearfelt sympathy to all her family.
