Obituary of MIKE HECKL
MIKE HECKL
Born: June 22, 1956
Date of Passing: June 17, 2023
It is with immense sadness that the family announces the passing of Mike, a beloved son, husband, father, father-in-law and grandpa.
Mike was predeceased by his grandmother Theresia and his father Mike Sr. He is lovingly remembered by his mother Rose, wife Darlene, daughter Kristen (Kyle), son Anthony (Nomi), grandchildren, Kaelen, Matlen and Zakk, and aunt, uncle and cousins.
Anyone that knew Mike would tell you that he had the biggest heart and would have given the shirt off his back for absolutely anyone. He was extremely hardworking, kind, selfless, caring, loving, and always tried to ease the burden of others. Truly a gentle soul, Mike lived his life with empathy and compassion for others. He was a well respected and accomplished member of the construction industry, building his business from the ground up 49 years ago.
Mike loved his family more than anything. Some of his happiest moments were spent at the lake with Darlene, Kristen & Anthony. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. This world was better with you in it and we will always remember what an amazing human being you were. You were one of the great ones. We love you forever and always.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 13th, 2023 at 1:00PM at Birds Hill Park. Group use area 1 - site 7.
